FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Which body treatment suits me best?
It depends on whether you primarily want to work on skin texture, tension, circulation, swelling, or pure relaxation. At Luxybelle Clinic in Solna, we will review your goals and help you choose a treatment that suits your body.
How often can or should I get a body treatment?
For pure relaxation, you can come whenever you feel the need, while more results-oriented treatments are often done as a course, for example every 2–4 weeks over a period. We will create a plan based on your circumstances and wishes.
What is the difference between body treatment and classic massage?
A body treatment often focuses on both skin and circulation, sometimes using products, masks, peels, or machines, whereas classic massage is more focused on muscles and tension. We can combine elements depending on what you wish to achieve.
Do I need to prepare before a body treatment?
Come in comfortable clothes and avoid using strongly scented products on your body right before. Please inform us of any injuries, illnesses, medications, or pregnancy so that we can adapt the treatment.
Can I combine a body treatment with other treatments on the same day?
Yes, it's often fine to combine a body treatment with, for example, a facial, IV drip, or other treatments, as long as it's safe for you. We will help you plan a program that feels good for both your body and your schedule.
Are there any times when I should not have a body treatment?
You should wait if you have a fever, an ongoing infection, severe inflammation, have recently undergone surgery, or have certain medical conditions. If you are unsure, you can always contact us before booking, and we will help you determine what is appropriate.
How does a body treatment feel – does it hurt or is it mostly relaxing?
It depends on the type of treatment. Some are more relaxing and soothing, while more profound or circulation-boosting treatments can feel more intense. We adjust pressure and method according to your preferences.
How long does a body treatment usually last?
The most common treatments are usually between 45 and 90 minutes. The exact time depends on the treatment you choose and if you combine several steps at the same time.
Many people feel more relaxed, lighter in body, or softer in skin immediately afterwards. More long-term effects, such as improved skin texture or reduced tension over time, are often best noticed after a series of treatments.

Can I get a body treatment if I'm pregnant?
Some milder body treatments can be adapted for pregnant women, especially after the first trimester, but others are not recommended. Always inform us of pregnancy when booking so that we can suggest safe alternatives or recommend waiting.
