You are not obligated to anything, and there is no obligation to purchase. You can easily book a consultation via our online booking system. There you can choose the time, location and specialist that suits you best.
The easiest way to cancel is to use the cancellation code that you received in your booking confirmation via email and SMS. Visit the cancellation page at www.bokadirekt.se/cancel and follow the instructions. Please note that if you do not cancel your consultation in time or do not show up for your booked appointment, we will charge a “no-show” fee of SEK 500.
During the consultation, we will analyze your skin and identify any problems or symptoms. We will also photograph your skin or the problem at hand, to the extent possible, in order to later compare with the results after a course of treatment. We will then recommend a tailored solution for your needs, including the appropriate treatment method, number of treatments and intervals, to help you achieve your goals with your skin or appearance.
Yes, we offer consultations both by phone and online video calls. If you prefer not to speak to someone in person, you can also fill out our consultation form, which will be answered by a specialized therapist tailored to your needs or concerns.
You can come as you are, but if there is a specific skin problem, it may be good to come without makeup. This is of course not a requirement, but it makes it easier as we often take pictures of the problem to document and compare with your results after the treatment course. If you have a consultation at the clinic, make sure to arrive 5–10 minutes before your booked appointment. If you have an online consultation, make sure to be at the computer 5 minutes before your appointment starts to ensure that everything is working technically. Also, make sure to be in a calm and quiet environment so that we can hear each other and go through your skin effectively.
You can easily book an appointment for a treatment via our online booking system on our website. There you can choose the desired treatment, time and specialist that suits you best. If you prefer to book by phone, you are welcome to call us and we will help you find a suitable time.
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your booked appointment. In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, a “no-show” fee will be charged. Please note that we do not accept cancellations via voicemail or email; cancellations are easiest and only done via the cancellation code that you received in your booking confirmation. Yes, you can reschedule your appointment yourself via Bokadirekt or by contacting us, as long as there are more than 24 hours left until your booked appointment. Please note that rebookings within 24 hours of your treatment are not possible, and in case of a missed appointment a “no-show” fee will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
Unfortunately, we do not offer drop-in services as our appointments are usually fully booked. We recommend that you book your appointment in advance to ensure that you get a time that suits you. However, you are always welcome to contact us to see if there are any available appointments at short notice.
We recommend that you book your treatment at least a week in advance to ensure you get a time that suits you. If you are undergoing a course of treatment, it is best to book all your appointments in advance with your specialist. With us you can pay by card (including American Express), Klarna, Qliro and Swish. We also accept Bokadirekt gift cards and our own gift cards. You can always choose to pay for your treatment in part via Klarna if you wish.
Yes, we always offer preferential prices on our spa treatments. The discount starts from 10% and can reach 25%, depending on the treatment method and number of treatments in the spa. We currently do not have a membership, but we know that many people are asking for this and are working on finding a solution.
